Looks like Britney Spears had a busy day following the announcement that she will be the opening act for the MTV VMA's in Las Vegas later this week. Britney, clutching a mystery medicine bottle, appeared to have a to-do list and visited several shops inlcuding a pet store near her home and clothing boutiques on Robertson Blvd. Britney took her cousin Alli along for the ride and the girls had matching Gianni Versace Couture handbags.
