According to reports, Judge Scott Gordon found that "...there is a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by (Britney)" in Britney Spears' custody battle. He ordered that Brit undergo random, twice-weekly testing for alcohol and controlled substances. No changes have been made, yet, in the custody arrangement, a 50/50 split between Britney and Kevin Federline, that K Fed wants changed to 70/30 in his favor.
The judge also ruled that "...each party is restrained from making derogatory remarks about the other party and the other party's family or significant other..." highlighting the bitterness between Brit and Kevin. He also prohibited Brit and K-Fed from "...using corporal punishment with the minor children and from allowing anyone else to do so."
