Last week, Clooney and Larson were involved in a motorcycle accident in New Jersey that, according to reports, occurred when the Oscar winner tried to steer his Harley-Davidson past a Mazda that was making a right-hand turn from a left lane.

Both parties are saying that the other was at fault and the Weehawken Township Police Department opted not to press charges against either Clooney or 27-year-old Alfred Sciancalepore, citing the "conflicting statements of drivers and the lack of evidence to support either driver's version."

As a result of the accident, Sarah is on crutches with a broken foot and George is suffering from a cracked rib.

Magic Johnson was the honored guest yesterday at a charity basketball game in Athens to raise money for a global AIDS campaign and victims of recent deadly wildfires in Greece that killed at least 65 people. "Thank you for allowing me to come to your beautiful country," Johnson, who did not play Tuesday, said before the start of the game. "This is to help all the people with HIV/AIDS and for the people affected by that terrible fire."

The game, held under the auspices of UNICEF's office in Greece, featured the Greece team that won the European championship 20 years ago by beating the Soviet Union in a close final. They faced the national under-19 team.

Kiefer Sutherland has joined the Hollywood DUI club. The Actor who plays counter-terrorism detective Jack Bauer on the hit TV show "24" was pulled over by Hollywood cops after doing an illegal U-turn after leaving an industry party. "He tested over the state's legal blood alcohol limit of .08 percent," officer Karen Smith said. "Sutherland was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence and taken to a Hollywood station." He was booked and released on $25,000 bail.

Sambora spent a week at the UCLA Medical Center in LA for rehab in June this year after the traumatic break-up of his marriage to Heather Locklear and his split from girlfriend Denise Richards, Sambora spent a week at the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. Brad Paisley wowed crowds in West Palm Beach, Florida at the Sound Advice Amphitheater last night. It's been reported that the Palm Beach County Sherrif's office is investigating a fight that broke out inside the Amphitheater immediately after the show and spilled outside the venue. Deputies were called to control the crowd and found a number of people injured including two that suffered stab wounds who were airlifted to a nearby hospital and two others who were taken to area hospitals with minor injuries.

Alfred Beardsley, the alleged victim in the OJ Simpson robbery saga was arrested this morning at 9 a.m. by the United States Marshals Service. Beardsley was in violation of his parole. He was sentenced to prison in California under the commitment offense of stalking (Penal Code Section 646.9 (A)-Stalking), and is a first term offender received by CDCR on April 26, 2005, for a two-year sentence. He served the majority of his time at North Kern State Prison. His initial parole date was March 15, 2006 and his scheduled date for discharge from parole was March 15, 2009. Beardsley, under the conditions of his parole, is not allowed to leave the state of California. He was arrested at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas and is now being held pending extradition back to California.

Just weeks after checking into a rehab clinic and canceling many a concert due to reported drug alcohol problems, she even took to the stage to a standing ovation before performing "Me and Mr Jones" and "Tears Dry On Their Own."

It's also been reported that Amy confirmed recently that she is returning to the studio to begin working on a new album even as tabloid stories about her well-being continue to circulate. Addressing rumors about her health head-on, she insists, "I'm sorted out. Nothing's wrong with me. A lot of fuss has been made about nothing."

OJ Simpson had his day in court today. The judge set his bail at $125,000, which OJ reportedly paid. He also was required to surrender his passport.

I'm sure he's glad to be out and get in some golf or, at least, be around some people. As of yesterday afternoon, OJ's visitors were few and far between and most were his attorneys. In all, he had four legal visits, one personal visit from his girlfriend Christy Prody and his sister Mattie Baker, and a religious visit during his entire time in jail.

OJ Simpson appeared in a Las Vegas court today charged with armed robbery and kidnapping. The former NFL star's bail was set at $125,000 bail as girlfriend Christie Prody wept.

According to reports, Judge Scott Gordon found that "...there is a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by (Britney)" in Britney Spears' custody battle. He ordered that Brit undergo random, twice-weekly testing for alcohol and controlled substances. No changes have been made, yet, in the custody arrangement, a 50/50 split between Britney and Kevin Federline, that K Fed wants changed to 70/30 in his favor.

The judge also ruled that "...each party is restrained from making derogatory remarks about the other party and the other party's family or significant other..." highlighting the bitterness between Brit and Kevin. He also prohibited Brit and K-Fed from "...using corporal punishment with the minor children and from allowing anyone else to do so."

Reports are that Jennifer Lopez had an ultrasound in New York on September 12 and is 13-weeks pregnant, possibly with twins, making Lopez and husband Marc Anthony the most recent addition to the celebrity preggers club. If the reports are true, she would be due in the spring.

Lopez, 38, has repeatedly said how much she wants to have children and has been trying to have a child for a couple years now. The couple has reportedly finally tried in vitro fertilization which may have given her twins but her doctor isn't sure whether she's carrying one or two babies.

It won't be long before J Lo will have to make a formal announcement but reports are that she's waiting as long as possible because she has miscarried in the past and wants to make sure she gets through the crucial first trimester.

Congratulations may be premature at this point, but we're sending them out to J Lo and Marc anyway. We wish you all the best!

These are two unidentified suspects related to the OJ Simpson robbery investigation. Police are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the two outstanding white male suspects and have released images from the surveillance video that was filmed at the Palace Station Hotel & Casino where the robbery occured. The two suspects entered a room on September 13 at approximately 7:30 p.m. and robbed victims of their property at gun point. The above pictured suspects were captured leaving the casino with the items taken during the robbery. Robbery detectives are asking for anyone with information about the two males or other suspects in this incident to contact the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Robbery Section.

Barry Manilow performed in Rockefeller Plaza in New York on "The Today Show" as part of its Concert Series yesterday.

In a message posted on his Website yesterday, Manilow, 64, announced he has canceled his appearance today on "The View" because he did not want to be interviewed by Elisabeth Hasselbeck.

"I wanted to let you know that I will no longer be on The View tomorrow as scheduled. I had made a request that I be interviewed by Joy [Behar], Barbara [Walters] or Whoopi [Goldberg] but not Elisabeth Hasselbeck," he wrote. "Unfortunately, the show was not willing to accommodate this simple request, so I bowed out."

It's been reported that he declined because Elisabeth is pro-life on the issue of abortion. Manilow cited that and other political issues when he requested that Hasselbeck not be present in a scheduled interview. Manilow was scheduled to appear on the show to promote his new album The Greatest Songs of the Seventies that hits stores today.

According to reports, the LAPD and FBI are investigating a contract hit that has been put out on Kevin Federline's life and the FBI has made attempts to contact KFed to inform him of the danger he is in. "Entertainment Tonight" has been working the story for two months now and reportedly contacted the FBI for comment but the agency declined saying it cannot confirm or deny any investigation.

TMZ.com reports that an FBI investigation into a plot to kill Federline is completely untrue, but an LAPD investigation was conducted nearly two months ago. But, that case was closed due to insufficient evidence.

If it is true, I just wonder who it could be? Could Brit have reached a point of such desperation? With all of her recent problems combined with what seems to be a failing career and an ongoing custody battle with Federline over their two children, it's not such a stretch, is it?

Reports are in that twelve years after being cleared of double murder in a trial that is all too familiar with anyone who isn't living in a hole, O.J. Simpson is again behind bars, this time in Las Vegas on armed robbery charges. Simpson was taken to the Clark County Detention Center today to await arraignment in court sometime in the next 48 hours.

OJ was arrested following a robbery at the Palace Station hotel and casino last week and has been charged with two counts of robbery with a deadly weapon, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit burglary and burglary with a firearm. According to reports, a gang of men, including at least one brandishing firearms, stormed into a hotel room and snatched sporting memorabilia from two dealers. The dealers have been quoted as saying that Simpson was the ringleader of the group.

Simpson has reportedly dismissed the incident, saying that he has done nothing wrong. "I'm not walking around feeling sad or anything. I've done nothing wrong," Simpson said, reportedly while lounging beside a swimming pool. "I'm having a great time." Simpson said he and some friends had gone to the hotel to reclaim personal possessions, including photos allegedly taken by Nicole Brown-Simpson — who he is accused of murdering — and sports souvenirs. He explained that the meeting with the sellers of the items was set up by a friend who had been suspicious about how the items were obtained. "You've got to understand, this ain't somebody going to steal somebody's drugs or something like that. This is somebody going to get his private (belongings) back. That's it. That's not robbery."

Actor Jason Dottley and his producer/writer/director husband Del Shores hit the Roxy Theatre last night where they caught the Debby Holiday and Suzie McNeil shows. The powerhouse couple is preparing to shoot the new TV series "Sordid Lives" for LOGO. It's been reported that many of the film's original cast will return for the series, including Delta Burke and Olivia Newton-John, who has written four new songs for the series with more on the way.

Debby Holiday, who is a good friend of Dottley and Shores, played "Bitsy Mae" in the "Sordid Lives" tour last year, starring opposite Dottley. And, her new single, "Piece Of My Love," just debuted in Billboard's Dance Top 40. Other hits from Holiday include "Dive," "Half a Mile Away," and "Bring It On."

Oscar-winner Jamie Foxx became the 2,347th celebrity to be immortalized on Hollywood's "Walk of Fame" today. Foxx, winner of the best actor Academy Award in 2005 for his portrayal of soul singer Ray Charles in Ray, paid tribute to his grandmother during the ceremony on Hollywood Boulevard, saying "My grandmother's gotta be spreading her wings and flying around in heaven, just so happy."

Farm Aid '07 was held at Randal's Island in New York City yesterday. Artists including John Mellencamp, Dave Matthews, Willie Nelson, Montgomery Gentry and Counting Crows turned out to help raise money to save family farms in the US.

Willie Nelson, Neil Young and John Mellencamp organized the first Farm Aid concert in 1985 to raise awareness about the loss of family farms and to raise funds to keep farm families on their land. The great tenor Luciano Pavarotti has died at the age of 71. Pavarotti had been fighting a long battle with pancreatic cancer. The world famous opera singer died at his home in Modena, Italy. Director Tim Burton was honored at the Venice Film Festival with the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement yesterday. Johnny Depp, who has starred a number of Burton's films including Edward Scissorhands and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, presented the award. “This is very special to me. It’s the best honor I’ve ever received and it just inspires me to keep going,” Burton said. He also joked that the award was better than an Oscar statuette: “It’s actually a lot more beautiful-looking than a bald, naked man.”

Burton attended with fiancee Helena Bonham Carter who recently appeared in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and is pregnant with the couple's second child. He is currently filming his new film, Sweeney Todd, in which Depp plays the demon barber of Fleet Street.

The snapper was said to have suffered minor injuries yesterday after the 34-year-old Law tried to grab the man’s camera Later, Law attended Marylebone police station where he was held on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm, which Law denied. After nearly five years of marriage, Miami Heat basketball star Shaquille O'Neal has filed for divorce. The petition was filed on behalf of the Miami Heat center in Miami-Dade Circuit Court on Tuesday. According to reports, Shaquille O'Neal is asking wife Shaunie O'Neal to provide a "correct accounting of all money, funds, stocks, bonds, and other securities" that she had access to or obtained during the marriage. The couple are the parents of six children, they had four together, and each had one other before their Dec. 26, 2002 wedding. O'Neal makes $20 million annually in his contract with the Heat, plus endorsement deals that are estimated to be worth several million more each year. The couple has also listed their home on Miami Beach's posh Star Island for about $32 million, roughly $13 million more than they paid for it after O'Neal was traded to the Heat by the Los Angeles Lakers before the 2004-05 season.
