Courtney Cox Arquette was seen saying farewell to a gentleman as she left the trendy Orso restaurant in Beverly Hills, today.
Could he be in the real estate business? It's reported that Courtney and her husband, David Arquette, have sold their Malibu home for close to the $33.5 million asking price.
The pair bought the beachfront property in 2001 for $10.2 million.
Frank and Jamie McCourt, owners of the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team, are reportedly the new owners of the mansion.
