Actress Vivica A. Fox, seen here lunching at The Ivy in West Hollywood, has been ordered to stay sober until her September arraignment or face paying bail. Fox was allegedly caught driving under the influence earlier this year and later released on her own recognizance.
In Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday, a judge ordered that Fox is not to drink alcohol until her next court date. He conceded, "She can be around it because of the nature of her work but she cannot consume or possess it. I am not permitting her to consume alcohol."
If convicted, Fox faces a maximum of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
