Debra Messing, looking stunning (as usual) in a belted purple Jean-Paul Gaultier dress, did the ribbon-cutting honors this morning that unveiled 10022-SHOE, the new designer shoe FLOOR(!!!) that's so big it has its own "ZIP code," at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York City.
First things first, though. She made the first official purchase by laying down the plastic for a pair of black mesh peep-toe platform stilettos by Christian Louboutin.
