Russell Simmons and new girlfriend spent the day with pals including Kid Rock at beach parties in Malibu, yesterday, including one at Paris Hilton's home.
Simmons recently celebrated the 15th birthday of his clothing company, Phat Farm, announcing that the company is launching a new line for young men called XY. The new line is a fashion-forward line of clothing catering to the 18 to 25 year-old, ambitious urban male.
He also announced that he was stepping down as president of the company to pursue other interests, giving his ex-wife and partner in Phat, Kimora Lee Simmons, the title of president and creative director.
