Not only is Nicole Richie having Joel Madden's baby, it now looks like the two are going to tie the knot!
It's reported that Joel announced during Good Charlotte's performance at the Hot 99.5 concert last night at the Clarendon Ballroom that he proposed to his jail-bound baby mama on Thursday.
