Britney Spears and Kevin Federline were getting their money's worth out of their attorneys, yesterday, while they were fighting to keep all custody matters between the two private and out of the press' hands.
Attorneys for both Britney and K-Fed expressed concern in particular for the ex's respective schedules. But, given Brit's recent partying, everyone already knows that the boys won't be with her!
Is K-Fed worried about his kids being in danger? According to his attorney, "Kevin is concerned that the more time the children are with him, he feels the more insulated they are from risks that would otherwise be possibly visited upon them."
The poor kids.

The whole situation is pathetic and someone needs to get Britney in some kind of treatment. The woman is losing it by the day. She needs to be committed all joking aside. It's very sad to she her fall from grace so young.
