Thousands of people crowded into HMV on Oxford Street in London yesterday when stars from the smash hit movie High School Musical 2 showed up to meet fans and sign copies of its #1 selling soundtrack. Stars Zac Efron (Troy Bolton), Vanessa Hudgens (Gabriella Martinez), Lucas Grabeel (Ryan Evans), Monique Coleman (Taylor McKessie) and Olesya Rulin (Kelsi Nielsen) chatted with fans of the movie, answered questions and signed copies of the new soundtrack, which has already become a huge hit around the globe.
Fans lined up on Oxford Street from the early hours of Wednesday morning to grab themselves one of the limited edition "access wristbands" that allowed people into the store to meet the cast. Thousands of other hopefuls crowded the store to catch a glimpse of the stars.
