Sienna Miller attended the launch party for her new clothing line, Twenty8Twelve, at the Lonsdale restaurant in London. Sienna had a pop at a photographer when he got in her way and the restaurant's security had to step in and pull Sienna away. On the way out, though, it's reported that she was so wasted she needed a human crutch. Good thing that photographer didn't get in her way then or there'd have been real trouble! Ha!

There's no comment from the NYPD as to whether a citation was issued to ex-con rapper Lil' Kim last night when she was pulled over in New York while taking her Lamborghini for a spin without plates or a license(?!?).

Reportedly, Kimberly Jones stopped to fill her gas tank on the West Side of Manhattan when cops noticed that her ride had no tags. When talking with her, they also discovered that Kim didn't have a driver's license either. She wasn't detained, though and her lawyer came to the rescue. He picked her up and drove away with her in the 'Ghini.

Rumors continue to fly about Amy Winehouse. She's reportedly gone on holiday to St. Lucia AND has taken FIVE (yes, you read that right...FIVE...5...cinco) beehives with her on the trip.

She must have a separate bag just for her hair! Why on earth would she need so many?

Stylist Alex Foden, who sorted out her hair don't when she was in rehab says “She likes her hair to be as big as possible. The bigger the better. She wanted to make sure she had enough with her to clip on, so I made her five before she left.”

Amy creates her beehives with hair extensions held in place by clips and a generous spraying of lacquer and, ironically, the extensions Alex uses are called Hair Rehab and the color Amy likes is called Paparazzi Perfect.

And, on a related rumor, Amy may not need them afterall, as she and hubby, Blake, have had enough of fantasy island and want to come home, immediately(!), despite being booked to return home on Sunday. They are trying to get a flight home as soon as possible.

Oh, if only Amy put as much work into her rehab as she does into her hair and travel.

Universal Republic Records has confirmed that Amy Winehouse will not be performing at the MTV Music Awards next month.

The troubled singer is nominated for three MTV awards including best female and was scheduled to perform at the Sept 9 ceremony in Las Vegas, but her US label has issued a statement saying all of her US appearances have been canceled "in a continued effort to support Amy Winehouse's well-being."

This is the latest setback for the 23-year-old singer and comes two days after her mother- and father-in-law urged fans not to by her music in order to help her and her husband to stop abusing drugs. Public concern also grew last week after she was reportedly involved in a bloody brawl with her husband at their London hotel that left both looking bloodied and bruised.

Is this the beginning of the end?

Things are looking up for Enrique Iglesias, who told Esquire magazine that he was just never able to find condoms small enough to fit him. Now, Lifestyle Condoms has reportedly offered Iglesias $1 million to model the brand's new line of extra-small condoms.

Reportedly, Blake Fielder-Civil's parents (aka Amy Winehouse's in-laws) are so unhappy with Amy's out-of-control behavior, they're asking fans to just say "No No No!" to purchasing her records. They feel that doing so will send a message that "her addiction and behavior are not acceptable."

Georgette and Giles Fielder-Civil, Blake's parents, told BBC Radio 5 that they believe their son and daughter-in-law are drug addicts in denial. "They both need to get medical help before one of them, if not both of them, dies," said Georgette, adding that Blake would be "very, very cross" with her for speaking publicly about their personal affairs. "We're concerned that if one of them dies, the other will die. They're a very close couple and if one dies through substance abuse, the other will commit suicide," said Giles.

It's been reported that Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor slammed the reactivated Smashing Pumpkins on Friday, just hours before his group performed jsut before the Pumpkins at the Reading Festival in the UK. According to NME.com, Reznor has some issues with Billy Corgan not reuniting the band's original lineup. Aside from Corgan, drummer Jimmy Chamberlin is the only original member of the Pumpkins performing with the group. Reznor said: "I was never a big Smashing Pumpkins fan back when they were the Pumpkins, not to shit on Billy or anything but I don't hear anything that would make me want to care. I think trying to resurrect the name Smashing Pumpkins... it's all a bit corporate for me."

Nine Inch Nails is touring in support of its latest record, Year Zero. Smashing Pumpkins is promoting Zeitgeist, the first collection of all-new material under the band's name since 2000.

Andrew Wilson, the brother who found actor Owen Wilson at his home on Sunday following an attempted suicide, returned to Owen's house today to collect a few belongings. Andrew did not respond to questions from the media but a bystander said he looked "dishevelled and distraught." A large package which appeared to be a painting was also delivered in Owen's name via Fedex.

Owen Wilson has now been moved to Cedars Sinai Medical center. He issued the following statement today: "I respectfully ask that the media allow me to receive care and heal in private during this difficult time."

Actor Owen Wilson was rushed to hospital today after allegedly attempting suicide.

Both Star magazine and the National Enquirer report that the 38-year-old actor was taken to St. John's hospital in Santa Monica, California by ambulance after paramedics and police responded to a 911 call from his home this afternoon.

According to reports, Wilson was found at his home by his brother Andrew after he had slashed his wrists and taken nearly a whole bottle of pills. Santa Monica Police refused to provide details but confirmed that a person was transported to hospital for treatment. Owen is said to be in stable condition but has been moved to another undisclosed hospital. Both his brothers, Andrew and Luke, are with him.

The star is currently filming Tropic Thunder in Hawaii with Ben Stiller and has two more films lined up. His movies include You, Me and Dupree and Starsky and Hutch. Wilson's relationship with Kate Hudson ended earlier this year.

It's reported that actor Luke Wilson was seen leaving Beverly Hills' Cedars Sinai hospital in a charcoal grey BMW with his brother Andrew last night. A woman was seen driving the vehicle, which then left the medical center.

Only a week after the Hogans moved back to their Clearwater, Fla. home from Miami, Hulk Hogan's son Nick Bollea, a budding race car driver, has been involved in a serious car accident. Two people were injured, one critically and the other seriously, when their yellow sports car careened out of control and hit a palm tree in Clearwater, Sunday evening. Paramedics and firefighters had to cut both occupants of the car from the wreckage. A preliminary investigation indicates the car was traveling at a high rate of speed.

These photos show Nick in happier times and also a yellow Lamborghini reportedly owned by Hulk Hogan which mysteriously caught fire in Miami on 9/9/06. At that time police said the driver was a juvenile and the law prohibited the release of his or her name. The police incident report is also seen here.

Naomi Watts, Liev Schreiber and newborn son Alexander Pete took a morning stroll to get some breakfast yesterday. Naomi and Liev held hands as he cradled Alexander in a sling, still walking on a tender, bandaged foot.

The couple, Liev in particular, seemed a bit more reserved on this outing. Last weekend, they became involved in a scuffle with paparazzi in Malibu, Liev reportedly losing his temper and pushing one photographer away.

Reports say the limping Schreiber was carrying the couple's newborn son into the Greek restaurant Taverna Tony's when he placed the baby carrier down and one photographer got too close. Schreiber turned around and confronted the photographer, shouting "You [bleep] disgust me. It's a [bleep] child and I have one [bleep] foot." The actor then chased away several other photographers before entering the restaurant for lunch. When the couple emerged after their meal, they were again surrounded by paparazzi. This time Watts protested "Are you out of your mind?" as she tried to make way for Liev to place their baby in a waiting car. One photographer then taunted Schreiber saying, "You better sit down before I knock your ass out."

Sounds to me like he had every right to be disgusted.

Kid Rock partied with friends at the LG House in Malibu yesterday smoking cigars, drinking and playfully showing off his butt to photographers. He ran into Paris Hilton there, too and the pair must have hit it off. Paris invited him back to her pad to continue the party.

After having dinner at Nobu in London last night, comedian David Walliams tried to pull a fast one and escape the prying eye of the paparazzi. David got into a taxi outside the restaurant, but only went round the corner where a black Audi was waiting for him with a woman inside. He got in and the pair sped off, back to his house. But, still conscious of the paps presence, he got out on his own and sent the girl away. She then returned three or four times thinking the photographers would be gone, but finding they were still there she left, and finally gave up late in the night.

Poor guy will just have to get some another night!

Mother-to-be Charlotte Church has laid down over $60,000 to increase security at her new country mansion before the baby's arrival. The "Voice of an Angel" star is said also to be erecting a massive fence to guarantee privacy at her $1.6 million estate in the Welsh countryside.

A friend said: "She bought the house to get away from the attention so won't feel happy until it is 100% secure."

It's been reported that the 21-year-old Church, who is eight months pregnant with rugby star boyfriend Gavin Henson's child is is planning a water-birth for her first baby. She has purchased a birthing pool after a friend convinced her it is the best way to deliver. Charlotte's mother Maria revealed: "Her friend had a water birth and told her how great it was, so she's going for it. "They are all the rage at the moment and there are a lot of benefits with them too."

Church's mother also revealed that the Charlotte and 25-year-old Gavin, who have been dating for two years, have decided not to find out the sex of their unborn baby until the big day. She added: "She can't sleep and is tired all the time. But she and Gavin are both so excited now and can't wait to find out if they have a boy or a girl."

Nicole Richie checked into prison yesterday to serve a four-day jail sentence and was released after 82 minutes, officials said.

Richie, pregnant with rocker Joel Madden's child, was due to spend time behind bars at Los Angeles' Century Regional Detention Facility, the same one where her friend Paris Hilton served time just months ago. But after arriving at 3:15 pm Richie was freed at 4:37 pm under the local sheriff's early release guidelines.

A sheriff's department statement said Richie's release was standard procedure. "At this time, the criteria for a female arrestee sentenced to 30 days or less for a non-violent offence is as follows: the arrestee is booked, screened and usually released within 12 hours," sheriff's sergeant John Hocking said. "This procedure is based on jail overcrowding to manage population levels mandated by federal court guidelines."

Richie was handed the sentence at a court hearing last month where the 25-year-old daughter of music icon Lionel Richie was also fined $2,048 and placed on probation for three years. She was also ordered to attend a drug and alcohol education program.

Richie was arrested on December 11 after police received reports of a car traveling the wrong way down a busy Los Angeles freeway. She failed a roadside sobriety test, allegedly told officers she had taken the painkiller Vicodin and smoked marijuana and was later later charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and an unspecified drug.

Deputy District Attorney, Danette Meyers, held a press conference outside the Beverly Hills courthouse yesterday following Lindsay Lohan's hearing and said Lohan is "getting what everyone else would get."

Reportedly, Lohan reached a plea deal that calls for her to spend one day in jail, serve 10 days of community service and 36 months probation and complete an 18-month drug-treatment program. In addition, she must pay hundreds of dollars in fines and complete a three-day county coroner program in which she will visit a morgue and talk to victims of drunk drivers. She must serve her jail time by Jan. 18.

Lohan released a statement to the press this afternoon admitting her drug and alcohol addiction and taking responsibility for her recent actions. She added "I am not alone in my daily struggle and I know that people like me have succeeded. Maybe with time it will become easier. I hope so." She also added, "It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs. I broke the law and today I took responsibility by pleading guilty to the charges in my case."

Actor Mel Gibson has been following the rules of his probation for a DUI arrest during which he made derogatory remarks about Jews and women, his lawyer, Balir Berk, told a judge yesterday. The actor was not required to attend the hearing.

Berk provided Judge Lawrence Mira with documents showing the 51-year-old Gibson was meeting the terms of his probation. Gibson has been required to check in with the court periodically since his July 28, 2006, misdemeanor drunken driving arrest on Pacific Coast Highway.

The Judge was reportedly pleased with Gibson's progress and scheduled his next hearing for February 15, 2008.

Berk had a very busy schedule today. After finishing up with Gibson's hearing, she raced to Beverly Hills to negotiate a plea deal on behalf of Lindsay Lohan.

Janes Addiction and former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist Dave Navarro has reportedly directed a feature-length adult movie called Broken. The film is the first in a planned series of celebrity-directed porn movies from Teravision, the company owned by porn star Tera Patrick and her husband, former BIOHAZARD bassist/vocalist Evan Seinfeld.

Set for a September 27 release, Broken stars Sasha Grey as "a woman torn apart by the duality of control and powerlessness in her life." Right, like you even care about the plot. Ha!

"I have always had an interest in film making and the visual arts, so when Teravision approached me about directing a film, it felt like a natural partnership," said Navarro. "I have known Evan and Tera for years and have many friends in the adult entertainment industry, so I figured...what a great opportunity to work on a feature length project with people I already know. I have missed the sense of danger and edge in the music business for many years and working on this project reminded me a lot of the old days when we were just a bunch of kids in Hollywood playing the clubs, getting our hands dirty and raising some eyebrows along the way."

No word on whether Dave has any thoughts of directing more films or even starring in one (?!?!). Perhaps he'll coax ex Carmen Electra or one of his other buddies, Kelly Carlson or Brooke Burke maybe, to get involved with his new line of work? Not likely, but I'm sure it'll add some fuel to fantasy fires everywhere.

Reports are in that Bill Murray is facing drunk driving charges after driving through downtown Stockholm, Sweden in a golf cart on Monday and refusing to take a breath test. When police pulled the Rushmore actor over, they noticed that he smelled of alcohol.

"He refused to blow in the (breath test) instrument, citing American legislation," Detective-Inspector Christer Holmlund said. "So we applied the old method a blood test. It will take 14 days before the results are in."

Murray signed a document admitting that he drove under the influence and agreed to let a police officer plead guilty for him if the case needs to go to court.

A particularly filthy looking Pete Doherty salutes photographers as he left court, yesterday. The troubled British rocker reportedly escaped prosecution on Tuesday because authorities failed to get him to court in time. The 28-year-old singer and former boyfriend of Kate Moss was arrested on Monday on suspicion of possessing drugs, and charged with breaching his bail conditions. He was kept in jail overnight, but was released without charge on Tuesday because more than 24 hours had passed since his arrest. Prosecutor Anjulika Vatish told West London Magistrates' Court: "The court has no jurisdiction to deal with this matter anymore." Not more than a few weeks ago Doherty was warned he had a month to prove his desire to quit drugs or he would face a jail sentence after committing a number of drug-related offences.

Rapper Kanye West has no regrets about speaking out against homophobia in hip-hop music, even though some people now assume he's gay.

He says, "It's being in the entertainment world, I meet so many different gay people who are actually nice people. Where I came from, Chicago, being black and being a hip-hop artist, we used to really disrespect gay people. And the thing is, we can't get close to them with a 10-foot pole. And I realised, 'Wow, how ignorant has this been?'"

Kanye, now 30, says, "Speaking out against hip-hop homophobia, some people were like 'Oh, Kanye must be gay! Look at the way he's dressing! And why would he speak about it? He's a gay rapper.' And my whole point is, I wouldn't have spoke on that if I was gay or if I was in the closet. I would have stayed so far away from it."

Kanye held a fans-only concert last night he calls "the future of rap music" at the most unlikely of locations: the Methodist Central Hall in Westminster, near London's Houses of Parliament.

More than 1,000 loyal West supporters dutifully stood in line for an hour outside the venue, all clutching their mobile phones with coded text messages needed for admission to the "secret" concert. The troubled Italian international striker Antonio Cassano arrived today at Series A club Sampadoria on loan from Real Madrid. Cassano was briefly suspended by Real last October after clashing with coach Capello and has had trouble keeping his weight down.

The 25-year-old soccer star has not had much success during his time at Real Madrid and had several run-ins with the authorities at the club since moving from AS Roma in January 2006 for $6.9 million.

"Real Madrid can announce they have agreed that Antonio Cassano will play the coming season at Sampdoria on loan," read a statement from the Spanish champions. "At the end of the season, the Italian club has the right to buy him if they should so wish."

Cassano was passed over by Marcello Lippi for Italy's World Cup squad last year, but earned a recall under his successor Roberto Donadoni.

Actress Vivica A. Fox, seen here lunching at The Ivy in West Hollywood, has been ordered to stay sober until her September arraignment or face paying bail. Fox was allegedly caught driving under the influence earlier this year and later released on her own recognizance.

In Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday, a judge ordered that Fox is not to drink alcohol until her next court date. He conceded, "She can be around it because of the nature of her work but she cannot consume or possess it. I am not permitting her to consume alcohol."

If convicted, Fox faces a maximum of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Has living in Miami been the start of a run of bad luck for the Hogans? After purchasing their 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom $12 million Miami Beach waterfront home in April of '06, things seem to have gone from bad to worse for the "Hogan Knows Best" Reality Show Family.

In September 2006, not long after the whole family moved from their Clearwater home to Miami Beach, the youngest, Nick, reportedly blew up their yellow Lamborghini. It caught fire a few miles from their new home on Miami's Bay Harbour Islands whilst he was driving it and was a complete write off. Luckily there were no injuries.

Next came the rumors that Linda and Hulk were having marital problems and even went as far as seeing a Miami Beach marriage counselor.

Most recently, yesterday, just as the family seemed to have pulled together and leave their Miami Beach home (and possibly make a wopping $6 million profit in less than 18 months - the house is currently for sale for $18 million), they are robbed of jewelry reportedly worth an estimated $100,000 whilst in the process of moving. Missing items include a diamond-encrusted watch and two gold chains.

Doesn't look like they'll be sorry to head north again back to their Clearwater home and leave the bad memories of South Beach behind.

Now that E! has cancelled "The Simple Life," the network had to come up with a new show that is equally as creative and entertaining. Enter Kim Kardashian, another celebutante, sex-tape star and former Paris BFF.

Kim's show is yet to be titled and is said to be a family-oriented show featuring executive producer Ryan Seacrest that will follow Kardashian's increasingly hectic life of boutique owner by day and tabloid fixture by night, also delving into the goings-on of the entire Kardashian brood.

The show will also feature her sisters/rivals Khloe and Kourtney (formerly appearing on E!'s "Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive"), half-sisters Kendall and Kylie, mom & manager Kris, and stepdad former Olympian Bruce Jenner. Her father, the late Robert Kardashian, was a high-powered attorney and member of O.J. Simpson's Dream Team.

There's no word yet on whether Kardashian's camera-friendly stepbrother Brody Jenner will make an appearance or two.

Amy Winehouse & husband Blake Fielder-Civil checked into The Causeway, a private addiction treatment center after they admitted a heroin addiction to their families following Amy's overdose on a potentially deadly cocktail of booze & drugs last week.

After only 48 hours in the plush treatment facility, they quit their rehab program and left The Causeway via helicopter amid reports and returned to their Camden home and the bad influences that landed them both in rehab in the first place.

Now, it looks like, after just one night out of rehab, Amy is back in and she will not be performing at this weekend's V Festival as planned. Her spokesman said: “Amy Winehouse is putting all her touring commitments on hold until further notice in order to address her health issues. Amy will not now be performing at this weekend’s V Festival in Chelmsford and Staffordshire. Her family has requested that the media respect Amy’s privacy at this time. There will be no further comment.”

"Stardust actor Jason Flemyng takes a shopping trip in Beverly Hills with a personal assistant.

Flemyng was slightly worried when director Matthew Vaughan cast him as a prince in the movie. "Matthew was very upset about casting me as posh, because he's very posh and I'm very common," he chuckled. "But I think I managed to get away with it."

Jason has also starred in Snatch and Layer Cake (both produced by Matthew Vaughan) and is grateful that Matthew's taken him with him on his Hollywood success ride.

"We've all worked together on Lock Stock and Snatch and all that stuff," he said. "There's not many directors who take you with them. They do a little independent film and then they go 'I'm off to Hollywood.' But he just sort of takes us all with him which is lovely."

Celebs a-plenty came out for the London premiere of The Bourne Ultimatum in Leicester Square.

Attendees included star Matt Damon and his wife Luciana, Kimberly Stewart, Rachel Stevens, James Nesbitt, Prince (who was booed by the crowd after not stopping for photographers!) and Neve Campbell.

The Bourne Ultimatum is the finale of the action trilogy that also included The Bourne Identity and The Bourne Supremacy. According to James Christopher of The Times Online, "...there is nothing remotely comfortable about the ride. The director, Paul Greengrass – who made United 93 – has brought the full force of his documentary skills to bear on Matt Damon’s fight for survival. The claustrophobic violence is so desperately intense I found some scenes almost impossible to watch. The pace is relentless. The story, as usual, is as reliable as quicksand."

According to reports, Amy Winehouse and hubby Blake Fielder-Civil are now on their second honeymoon at a UK drug rehab center for alleged heroin and cocaine addiction. Reportedly, the two agreed to check into rehab after seeing their fathers come to blows over their supposed shared addictions.

So, it wasn't "severe exhaustion" that sent Amy Winehouse to the hospital last week, as reported. The new story is (as we all guessed) that it was a near overdose that did it. One report is that extremely thin and frail singer ingested a cocktail of heroin, ecstasy, cocaine, the horse tranquilizer Ketamine and booze!

Speaking to The Mirror, Winehouse's mother-in-law, Georgette Fielder-Civil, said the singer had confessed to her. "She told me she was addicted to heroin and cocaine," she claimed.

Sounds like Amy and Blake are "enabling" each other's addictions. Hopefully the rehab will take and they can work themselves out of this hole they've dug.

No word, yet, on whether Amy will appear at this weekend's V Festival in London as scheduled, but according to a festival spokesperson they have heard no word from Winehouse's people about a cancellation and still expected her to play.

Attorneys for both Britney and K-Fed expressed concern in particular for the ex's respective schedules. But, given Brit's recent partying, everyone already knows that the boys won't be with her!

Unfortunately, rapper Kanye West isn't going into eyewear design anytime soon (that we know of), but the rapper was wearing some very snazzy promotional glasses made of paper as he signed autographs whilst promoting his new album "Graduation" at BBC radio in London.

Meanwhile, the notoriously flashy gangsta rap star, 50 Cent, thinks his new album Curtis will outsell Kanye West's upcoming disc, so much so that he's betting his solo career on it. Fiddy (aka Curtis Jackson) stated on Friday that if Kanye's album outsells his, he will stop releasing solo albums.

And now, country artist Kenny Chesney is getting in on the act. His new album Just Who I Am: Poets And Pirates is due to be released on the same day as those from Fiddy and Kayne. He suspects that he might sneak up on 50 Cent and Kanye West, grabbing the top slot on that week's Billboard 200. Chesney says, "'It's funny how with every record that comes out, we're aware of the urban [competition], and none of those acts acknowledge that I exist...until I have that No. 1 debut on the Top 200.'' Chesney's last studio album The Road And The Radio did, in fact, enter the charts at the top slot when it was released back in November 2005.

All three artists' albums are due to hit stores on September 11.

Family, friends, stars and fans turned out to bid farewell to "Eastenders" actor and stand-up comedian Mike Reid (Frank Butcher)in the UK at Little Easton Parish Church in Little Easton, Essex.

Attendees included wife Shirley Reid, boxing champ Henry "Enery the Ammer" Cooper, "Eastenders" co-stars onscreen wife Barbara Windsor (Peggy), onscreen son Sid Owen (Ricky), June Brown (Dot) and Michael Greco (Beppe).

Mike Reid passed away at his home in Marbella on July 30th at the age of 67 after suffering a suspected heart attack.

Our condolences go out to Shirley Reid and all of the Reid family for their tragic loss.

He first appeared in the role during the stage version's nationwide tour. The series will also star Olivia Newton-John, Delta Burke and Leslie Jordan (Beverly Leslie from the series "Will & Grace") who have signed on to play the characters they portrayed in the film.

Actress, musician and dancer Katherine will also co-star in "Sordid Lives" and has appeared in From Justin to Kelly, "One Tree Hill" and "Gilmore Girls."

Eva is launching an after-school center for disabled children in San Antonio, Texas called Eva's Heroes. The nonprofit organization will soon open the group's first after-school program for developmentally challenged children and young adults.

The center, located at a local Catholic church, is slated to open in mid-September 2007. This particular center will provide the foundation of what could be a network of similar centers throughout San Antonio, the state, even the nation.

She appeared with her attorney, Gloria Allred and, during the interview, she told Larry that she thought he was "lovely."

Ex Sugababes singer Mutya Buena wowed the crowd at Spitalfields in London with a track from her Real Girl album as voting for the BT Digital Music Awards got underway, today.

The Irish, Filipino singer's new album, Real Girl, came about sort of by accident after singer-songwriters Ali Tennant and Guz wrote "Suffer For Love." Buena says, “The whole album just fell into place from there. Nobody thought I’d have any material till God knows when. So I think I’ve shocked everyone.”

And, for the album, Mutya has managed to wrangle duets with some of the UK’s most sought-after artists: George Michael, Amy Winehouse and Groove Armada.

Her talent combined with that of all her superstar guests is sure to make this, her first solo release, a huge hit!

According to reports, Amy Winehouse was rushed to the hospital today due to a massive drug overdose. The singer was given an adrenaline shot and had her stomach pumped.

As her song "Rehab" attests, she is now about as infamous for her alcohol and alleged drug abuse as she is famous for her sultry voice belting her signature retro-soul style.

What a waste it would be if her crazed lifestyle destroyed such a brilliant singer and her budding career. Not to mention, her new hubby, Blake Fielder-Civil. No word on his take on the situation.

It was rumored that Kanye West, seen here leaving the TRL studios, and 50 Cent had agreed to a presidential-style debate over whose album was better. Both artists' new albums will be released on the same day.

Kanye, during his TRL visit, dismissed any chances of a showdown, saying "I don't have beef with anyone. What am I going to debate about? I’m going to go in the studio and make music. When I heard the thing about the debate, I thought that was the stupidest thing. When my album drops and 50's album drops, you're gonna get a lot of good music at the same time."

It's been reported that Kevin Federline, seen here during happier times with ex-wife Britney Spears, has filed an order in LA Superior Court to show cause for primary physical custody of his two sons with the pop star.

The Spears/Federline divorce was finalized less than two weeks ago and, at the time, the couple agreed to split custody 50-50 of Sean Preston, 22 months, and Jayden James, 10 months.

Other reports say that Federline is worried Spears is exposing the boys to "unnecessary risk." When the couple was going around over the divorce settlement in June, Federline resisted signing the papers over growing concerns about Spears' erratic behavior.

The news of Federline's request for primary custody comes as photos have surfaced of his ex-wife reportedly topless in a hotel pool.

Reportedly British pop star, Mel B, tied the knot June 6 with movie producer Stephen Belafonte in Las Vegas, according to a clerk from the Clark County Marriage Bureau.

The couple eloped and swapped vows in a quickie ceremony at the Special Memory Wedding Chapel.

"[They] had wanted to keep the ceremony out of the public eye as they planned a more formal wedding for friends and family later in the year," Mel's rep Natalie Whorms said.

The couple is shown here arriving arriving at Long Beach Airport, today, wearing matching shirts after a boozy "honeymoon" weekend in Miami Beach. The Spice Girl complained she was wearing no makeup and tried to hide behind her new husband.

Aside from now being Mr. Scary Spice, the 32-year-old Belafonte's biggest credit to date is last year's art-house hit, Thank You for Smoking.
