Paris Hilton took her new pup to the beach, yesterday, outside her rented house in Malibu.
Meanwhile, the Sheriff's Department recently opened an investigation into allegations that Paris received special treatment during her 23 days in jail. The internal probe will examine whether the hotel heiress was given free acess to a cell phone while behind bars.
Maybe Paris used the phone to order her new pooch?
