Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo attend the unveiling of the 46-floor luxury Atelier building in Mid-Town Manhattan where the couple bought a 2-bedroom condo. The condos are reportedly selling for around $2 million.
Meanwhile, they have warned magazines not to publish the explicit photos circulating of the the couple having sex in a Mexico hot tub. Hollywood attorney Marty Singer, who represents the couple, claims the "outrageous and malicious" photographer who snapped the pictures did so illegally.
