Lindsay Lohan, fresh out of Promises rehab, celebrates her 21st with a blowout beach bash in Malibu with family and friends. Mom Dina and siblings Ali and Dakota were on hand to join in the fun. Although Lindsay is finally legal to drink, there was no booze in sight. "Not one drop" says our photographer. Lohan has been doing daily workouts since entering rehab and was looking fantastic in her bikini. Happy Birthday Lindsay!!
