Lindsay's fresh out of rehab and had a blast with friends and family at her Fourth of July beach party at the Polaroid Beach House in Malibu. And, as far as we know, it was without a drop of alcohol. She seemed to be drinking energy drinks throughout the party. If she keeps it up, maybe the cigarettes will be the next to go?
