Salma Hayek and her fiance, Francois-Henri Pinault have reportedly purchased this house previously owned by Kelsey Grammer. According to reports, they bought the five-bedroom estate for just over $20M. The Frasier star, Grammer, has said he is "thrilled Salma bought the house." Salma is currently expecting her first child with Pinault.
