Kyal Marsh (aka Boyd Hoyland from Aussie soap "Neighbours") partied at Mayfair's Mahiki bar, famous for its cocktails. Kyal arrived with fellow "Neighbours" star Ben Nicholas, who played Scott "Stingray" Timmins in the Aussie soap.

Ben was worried the doormen would not let them in, despite the fact they are both twenty and well over the legal drinking age. So, Ben grabbed the nearest hot blonde and begged her to go in with them to make them look older. The blonde happily obliged, but when the Aussie duo left the bar, the blonde had latched on to Kyal instead, whilst Ben had found himself another hot chick!

Marsh and Nicholas are now roommates in London and are pursuing their acting careers. Ben Nicholas' last appearance on "Neighbors" was broadcast on March 23rd. Kyal Marsh's contract was not renewed and he filmed his last scenes in April although he's not yet departed on UK or Australian screens. Marsh said, "My contract didn't get renewed but I was pretty happy to leave by then. I was ready to go. I was 14 when I joined. It was time to leave."

Jackie Chan, Chris Tucker, Rebecca Gayheart and Zhang Jing Chu attend the Los Angeles premiere of Rush Hour 3 held at Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood.

The film has angered the Chinese government and Chinese authorities have decided that the comedy is "fundamentally anti-Chinese" and it may not be released there, reports say. But censors at China's Film Bureau stressed the movie had not been banned.

Only 20 foreign releases are allowed each year under strict rules governing cinema in China.

And one of them, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, was cut before it was screened in China last month. The disputed scenes involved Hong Kong actor Chow Yun-fat's, performance as a pirate. Chinese news agency Xinhua said the portrayal of his character as bald and scarred was an insult to the country's population.

Hollywood stud Matthew McConaughey and his HOT model girlfriend, Camilla Alves, spent Sunday afternoon at the beach in Malibu sunbathing and playing frisbee, ending the day with a romantic sunset walk.

Matthew is spending a great deal of his time at the beach, lately, for his upcoming film Surfer Dude in which McConaughey plays a "soul-searching surfer experiencing an existential crisis."

Until recently, Matthew has had a great time living in his bachelor trailer on the beach while filming the movie. But, according to reports, Camilla has put an end to that. She was not prepared to slum it in his mobile home and insisted they relocate to Malibu's Polaroid Beach House.

Apparently, Matthew is now house-hunting. Anyone know of a place where he can rest his gorgeous head?

It is reported that Williams is in talks regarding starring as Captain Kirk in an upcoming Star Trek movie.

Robbie has turned down a number of film offers but he is said to be a big Star Trek fan and is keen to revive Kirk. "Lost" creator, J.J. Abrams, said about him: "I think he'd be quite a good Captain Kirk. The Kirk in my movie is quite young, it's the early years."

Paris Hilton has put her Hollywood Hills pad up for sale now that she has found herself a Malibu beach-side rental. The house, which is just off the Sunset Strip, has become a mecca for media and fans following Paris' recent jail time and neighbors even drew up a petition to try and rid the street of the hoards.

The "Old Hollywood Glamor" style house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is "perfect for entertaining." Paris' uncle, who has the listing, goes on to say that there is separate guest quarters as well as a separate office and that one of the 4 bedrooms has been converted into the "ultimate closet." The house is listed at $4,250,000 and all interested parties will have to go through a pre-screeing process.

Usher's wedding to fiancee Tameka Foster, scheduled for today, was unexpectedly cancelled by the couple this afternoon.

A statement released by Usher's publicist, Patti Webster, said, "It was announced today that the wedding ceremony for Usher Raymond, IV and Tameka Foster was canceled. No additional information will be given regarding the circumstances of the cancellation, but we hope the privacy of this matter will be respected."

Usher and the much-older Tameka (he's 28, she's 37) are expecting a baby this fall and there's no word as to whether the couple is still engaged or together.

Nicole Richie, pregnant with her first child, was "stoic and serious, but not emtional" as she was sentenced to jailtime in L.A. County Superior Court today for her wrong-way DUI bust in December. The sentence marked her second DUI conviction in four years.

The court commissioner sentenced Richie, represented by her lawyer Shawn Chapmen Holley, to serve four days in her choice of the City or County Jail (Her choice?!?!). She received credit for a fifth day for the six hours she served after being arrested.

She was also fined $2,048, ordered back to school for 21 days for an alcohol education course and was placed on three years probation.

Richie must report to serve her time before September 28th. She is due to give birth in January, 2008.

The film is a remake of a 2001 German movie called Mostly Martha and also stars "Little Miss Sunshine," Abigail Breslin.

Zeta-Jones' husband, Michael Douglas, believes the film will help show his wife's softer side as she's rumored to be quite the demanding diva, which both deny. She is quoted as saying: "There is a much shyer quality to me that people don't usually see."

No Reservations is scheduled for U.S. release on July 27.

The pop superstar, who had taken her two-year-old adopted son, David Banda, to watch Guy's movie RocknRolla being shot, was infuriated when she overheard two crew members discussing the child.

One of them asked the other what the little boy's name was, to which the girl reportedly replied: "Lucky B@$&@&d".

It was reported that Madonna was astonished at what was said and had an exchange of words with the crew member who was later fired by Ritche.

Ms. Beckinsale was apparently sitting at the pool and got paranoid when she noticed the camera aimed in her direction.

Britney Spears had an eratic day following the breaking news of her reportedly telling pals she is pregnant again. Spears couldn't seem to make up her mind where she wanted to go.

First she left her home to shop at Leona Edmiston's clothing boutique in West Hollywood. She then returned all the way home, only to leave a few minutes later to go to the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills. Once there she immediately left to go to Gil Turner's liquor store on Sunset Blvd and from there she went for lunch at Cravings.

Whew. With days like that it's no wonder Britney seems a bit crazy lately. But, the question remains: Is Britney pregnant again? Let's hope not.

British model, Jordan, 29, and hubby Peter Andre, 34 have named their baby daughter Princess Tiaamii. The name is taken from Andre's mother, Thea, and Jordan's mother, Amy. Princess stems from the fact that the baby is the couples princess.

The first name chosen was Tinkerbell, but the couple decided against it because too many celebrities (aka Paris Hilton) had chosen the name for their dogs.

The couple also has a son, Junior, 2 and son, Harvey, 5, from Jordan's previous relationship with Dwight Yorke.

Troubled hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan was arrested for the second time in a matter of months for DUI in Santa Monica, Calif. in the early hours of this morning for possession of cocaine, driving under the influence, transporting a narcotic into a custodial facility and driving on a suspended license, reports say. Lohan's blood alcohol level was between .12 and .13, well over the .08 legal limit, and cocaine was found in her pants pocket. Lohan checked out of Promises rehabilitation center on July 13, after a stay of more than six weeks. She has been wearing an alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet, going to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and receiving therapy since. Just last Thursday, Lohan turned herself in to LA police to be booked on suspicion of driving under the influence during the Memorial Day weekend car crash. A court date was scheduled for August 24.

Following reports that Travis Barker and his wife Shanna Moakler have split for a second time, the Blink 182 rocker took his mohawked son, Landon, and daughter, Alabama, for treats at Starbucks. Travis was assisted by a mystery brunette.

A cast of 19 mermaids and two mermen perform "The Little Mermaid and Fish Tails" nearly every day, interspersing choreography with quick breaths from compressed air hoses.

Who among us could perform smiling dance routines 20-feet-deep in chilly water for a half hour wearing uncomfortable, non-thermal costumes while occasionally grabbing a quick breath from an air hose? It has been reported that John Travolta is up in arms over the airport near his $8 million home in Florida. Travolta claims he was lied to (GASP!) by the owners of the Greystone Airport near Ocala because they didn't want him landing his Boeing 707 there.

The new Mrs. Edna Turnblad filed a lawsuit Wednesday that states that Greystone owners James and Christine Garemore falsely claimed that the airport couldn't accomodate his jumbo jet.

Travolta used to land at Greystone frequently but, in 2006, the Garemore's changed the airport's master record to indicate that large planes could no longer land there citing deteriorating runway conditions as the major reason for the change.

Travolta doesn't buy it. "It's a spin in order to cover his butt because he knows that he is in big trouble for doing what he did..." says Travolta's attorney, Michael J. McDermott.

Oh, the drama of owning a jet. Can't you relate?

According to the official Los Angeles Sheriff's Department website, Lohan was held in custody for about an hour around 4:00 PM, until she was released
on $30,000 bail. Lohan was charged with driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 and misdemeanor hit and run, this according to the Beverly Hills PD.

Charges stem from a May 26 incident in which Lohan lost control of her Mercedes-Benz SL-65 and drove into a hedge. She then left the scene. Police said at the time they also found a small amount of what they believed to be cocaine in the car.

Sources close to the case say that this was simply a routine process, as often times people arrested for driving under the influence are simply cited and released. The actress was released on her own recognizance, routine for a first time DUI offense. For now, Lohan is scheduled to be back in court on August 24.

Kimberly Stewart, shown here filming her new reality show (Wow, that'll be a good one) on Robertson Blvd. in Los Angeles, had a brush with the authorities this weekend when the LAPD was called for the possible landing of a helicopter at the Stewart residence. I guess traffic was bad and she didn't want to wait.

The police quickly let the pilot know that it was not possible to land a helicopter at the residence for personal travel and other arrangements were made.

Well, Paris Hilton certainly seems to keep herself busy now that she's out of jail. Whether or not it's any different before she went to jail is another question.

Today she spent time beachside at her rented Malibu summer house and was sporting a badly bruised leg from recent surfing attempts. She also went on a shopping trip today, purchasing a big pink pillow, pet supplies and some doggie toys for her new pooch (who proceded to try to run away while she was unloading the car)along with a big pink surfboard for herself so she can hone her surfing skills before her lease is up.

Perhaps the shopping trip was her own way of soothing the burn of being snubbed by Victoria Beckham who is rumored to have turned down a party invitation from the heiress. Paris is reported to have said "We could be soul mates." Victoria apparently has other thoughts on the matter, allegedly telling a friend "Over my dead body!" Beckham is keen to establish herself as a major Hollywood player now that she's in LA and doesn't want Paris "jailbird" Hilton messing things up for her.

Proud papa, Adam Sandler, had a family day yesterday, spending it with his wife Jacquelilne Titone and 14-month-old Sadie while wearing a t-shirt with a photo of his 14-month-older daughter on the front. Incubus lead singer Brandon Boyd has lunch in Malibu before the band's "Light Grenades" tour begins Sunday in Tucson, Arizona.

The band is taking extra measures to make every stop on the tour eco-friendly. "This is the first time we've actually catered a whole tour towards it," drummer Jose Pasillas says. "We've always been sort of eco-conscious on all our tours, but this is the first time we're doing it this extensively."

Some of the measures taken to ensure the tour stays green are biodiesel-fueled tour buses, organic cotton merchandise and 100% recycled paper.

Courtney Love is auctioning off her wardrobe for charity. "All my [size] sixes and eights are on eBay. Most of the money is going to the Chrysalis Foundation for battered women in LA," the rocker recently told an interviewer. Love is also searching for a stylist since hers left 9 years ago to work for Madonna. "I haven't had a stylist in 9 years because my old stylist went to Madonna. I've been looking and looking. I'd rather wear a tube top and have my stomach hang out than not have a good stylist," she said. Does that last bit make much sense?

It seems that both Hilary and Haylie Duff have new romances. Haylie and Brody Jenner appeared very cozy at the Duff sisters' Independence Day beach bash. Could this be a budding new relationship? At one pint, Brody whispered something into Haylie's ear which made her break out into a broad smile. Recent reports had brody possibly dating the other Duff sister, Hilary.

Hilary, though, was getting friendly with her own mystery hunk on the beach.

I guess we'll all just have to wait and see what develops.

We're sure Independence Day took on a whole new meaning for Paris Hilton this year, however, her recent stint in prison doesn't seem to have affected Paris' routine. She retired to said beach house after the party.

Last year, Janet dropped 60 pounds and not long ago said her yo-yo dieting was over. It appears she's struggling to keep it off. Perhaps she should join Kirsty Alley and Valerie Bertinelli in becoming the next star in the "Have You Called Jenny, Yet?" campaign.

The rumors have been circulating for some time now but the duo refused to confirm them. The rumor mill was put into fast forward on June 7th when the couple was seen leaving New York's Maternal Fetal Medicine Association. Afterwards, sources began to reveal little details with statements like "Jordan was blown away! He told her the baby was the greatest present ever!" Reports last month claimed that Xtina was nine weeks pregnant. It has not been confirmed whether or not they're expecting a boy or a girl.

Well, the rumors are true. It was confirmed today that Nicole Richie is, indeed, pregnant...and engaged! The "Simple Life" star is expecting her first child with Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden and the couple are said to be planning to marry this summer.

Nicole is also currently facing DUI (driving under the influence) charges following her arrest last December after driving the wrong way down a California highway. Her trial date is set for July 11 and if found guilty, she faces a minimum of five days in jail.

After court today, Pete Doherty made a quick pub stop in north London. He ran into one door of the pub, then out the back and jumped in his Jag.

He then headed off to his dingy new home, a camp site in west London. He told a waiting photographer that it is his new home since is supermodel girlfriend, Kate Moss, kicked him out. Moss reportedly dumped Doherty following rumors that he cheated on her with South African model, Lindy.
