This is the French mansion, Chateau de Chantilly, where Eva Longoria will take her wedding vows with Tony Parker on July 7th 2007. The historic chateau's grounds house the Grand Chateau that was destroyed during the French Revolution and rebuilt and in 1870 and the Petit Chateau which was built around 1560 for Anne de Montmorency. Daisy Fuentes relaxed on Miami Beach with friends and family just days before being targeted for sweatshop labor. The model and actress has reportedly been using Guatemalan sweatshop labor to manufacture her clothing line that includes sleepwear, shoes and clothing.

The line is carried exclusively by Kohl's department stores. The company began to remove some lines of Daisy's brand following the allegations. A spokesperson for Kohl's said the company does not oversee the clothing line's production.

Britney Spears visited her attorneys today following reports that she has demanded a Florida radio station take down offensive advertisements that depict the singer with a shaven head calling her a "nut job". WFLZ's billboards reportedly had other slogans including "Shock Therapy" and "Certifiable" which ran across pictures of a bald-headed Spears. Spear's legal team at Lavely and Singer sent a letter demanding that the radio station immediately remove all of the ads. Danielynn gets double Daddy duty on her first Father's Day. Larry Birkhead is starting with a clean slate for himself and Danilyn as they move into Anna Nicole Smith's old hillside home in California. A tired looking Larry was spotted directing movers who were loading up a truck with Anna's posessions ready to go into storage. The items included Anna's old bed, a large stuffed teddy bear and an oversized leopard print chair. Other things were placed in the trash such as pill organizer, a painful reminder of Anna's tragic death. Larry also oversaw a delivery of new furniture and Howard K. David Hasselhoff left an LA court today emotional and jublient after being awarded sole physically custody of his kids and said that he planned to celebrate by spending Father's Day in New York. He also said that now the court had ruled he would like the focus to switch away from his personal life and back to his acting career. "Me running down a beach or talking to a car" said Hasselhoff who spoke outside the court with tears in his eyes. Hasselhoff said it was a "Beautiful day". His ex Pamela Bach entered the court all smiles but took her time leaving. "She didn't want to face the press after the ruling," said source who was inside the court after the closed hearing ended. "They had to take her into a bathroom and clean her up, she was very upset". Bach did finally make an appearance but could not comment on the proceedings. "There's a gag order in place," explained Debra Opri who is Bach's attorney. "We can't talk about the case".

The bitter custody battle between Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin over the couple's 11 years old daughter, Ireland, continued today in court but ended without resolution despite a nearly 4 hour hearing that continued past court hours. The courtroom was closed to the public after all parties were sworn-in to protect Ireland. Neither celebrity parent spoke to the press opting to enter and leave the court in secrecy. An angry Baldwin was overheard during breaks saying "This is a waste of my (expletive) time" and "Get me out of here". Baldwin's attorney, Vicki Greene, in contrast said that her client was "Doing well" but declined to comment further. Another hearing has been set for June 25th. The big question, who leaked the now infamous recording of Baldwin berating his young daughter for missing a telephone appointment with him, is still unanswered.

Lohan smashed during crash? This is what van driver, Raymundo Ortega is claiming in a law suit filed yesterday against the then 19 year old actress who smashed into his vehicle on Robertson Blvd in LA on 4th October 2005. Ortega's suit against Lohan and the famous Ivy restaurant, where Lohan dined before the crash, is claiming that the Lohan –consumed alcohol and became intoxicated" just before the accident. Ortega is suing for damages in excess of $200,000 to include medical bills, lost wages, loss of his vehicle and pain and suffering. The suit also claims that Lohan was driving recklessly at approximately 60 mph in a business district while looking over her shoulder, "Lohan's actions were malicious, wanton, willful, and reckless and showed a conscious disregard for the safety and welfare of others". The suit goes on to allege that the Ivy allowed Lohan to drink even though she wasnêt of legal drinking age before she got behind the wheel of her Mercedes. –At the time The Ivy sold, gave, and/or served Lohan alcoholic beverages it knew that Lohan was 19 years old and a minor.”

Rod Stewart's son, Sean Stewart, goes for lunch with his girlfriend. The abnormally shy Stewart was arrested and released yesterday in relation to an incident earlier this year when he alledgely attacked a couple with a brick. Sean is currently released on a $60,000 bail and was charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and one count each of throwing a substance at a vehicle and vandalism causing more than $400 in damage. Stewart is due in court on the felony charges next month.

Recently we ran across the beauties Devon Aoki and Shanna Moakler along with Enrique Iglesias who just finished recording a new album which, apparently, was quite the struggle to make. Iglesias says that he's "...never suffered so much" making a record! Kate Moss's boyfriend, rocker Pete Doherty, looking spaced out again with dark circles under his eyes, hides behind a bush after leaving Kate's North London home. When our photographer spotted him, Doherty jumped up and said "You found me!" and ran down the road. Then, he abruptly turned around and got into the back of our photographer's car and told him to "drive." Once inside the car, a grubby Doherty made a couple of phone calls on our photographer's phone as he said he had lost his. He went on to say "No one understands me and Kate, we both want babies" and he "hates girls trying to look like Kate and that the world should walk to save the planet!"   He also added he is "going to be a bigger legend then Paul McCartney." Doherty used the car head rest to hold his head up at times. He has a long history of drug abuse and drug related arrests and has been in and out of rehab numerous times to try and control his demons.

A devastated Paris Hilton has been sent back to jail but this time she is being housed at a facility known as the Twin Towers. Paris, who left the court today sobbing and crying out for her mother will spend the weekend in the medical ward of the giant jail where she surrendered last Sunday night following the MTV Movie Awards. Her legal team are expected to file an appeal on Monday and Paris could get bail, that means she could be going back home.......again!

Judge Michael T. Sauer has ordered Paris Hilton back to jail and has been taken to Twin Towers Correctional Facility in East Los Angeles. Reports are she was led crying and screaming "It's not right!, Mom, Mom, Mom" as she was shoved out of the courtroom by a female sheriff.  Word is her 23 day sentence may even have been increased to the original 45 day sentence but reports are still unclear on how many days she will serve.

Sauer has ordered Paris Hilton to appear in court by 12 noon for the hearing to testify in person.  A Los Angeles County Sheriff's vehicle has arrived at her West Hollywood home to pick the heiress up to follow orders.

Paris could be headed back to jail tomorrow. The Simple Life Star has been ordered back to court following her release from jail by Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca who said she could serve the rest of her sentence under house arrest. At 4.30pm this afternoon, The Los Angeles City Attorney, Rocky Delgadillo, asked Judge Michael Sauer to hold a hearing to review Baca's decision. The County Sheriff's office will have to defend themselves and prove they are not in contempt of court. The filing recommends that Paris be taken into custody so Paris could get a free ride to court.

Paris's parents came to visit the heiress today at her home where she is under house arrest. Other visitors included her legal team and staff bringing her food and and supplies from Rite Aid. Paris' mom Kathy said she was "pleased her daughter was back home" but when asked how she was doing she shrugged and wouldn't comment.

Delicate Jailbird Paris Hilton was released to house confinement 20 days early this morning after serving only 3 of her 23 day sentence at the Century Regional Detention Facility at Lynwood, CA.  The heiress's Psychiatrist Charles Sophy rushed to her side yesterday for a two-hour visit amid reports she may not be coping with life on the inside.  Hilton was said to have been released due to medical conditions and has been fitted with an ankle bracelet and reassigned to house arrest. At today's press conference, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spokesperson Steve Whitmore said "she will be under house confinement at her home for 40 days.  After the 40 days she will have "fulfilled her debt to society". Whitmore made it clear that Paris was not released early, she was reassigned. She is technically still in custody.  The LA Sheriff Department's inmate locator web site also still states that her projected release date is scheduled for June 26.

Her brother, James Haven, recently gave an explanation to Closer magazine as to Angelina's weight loss; he said "Angelina's life changed after she visited Ethiopia. This is the CRDF in Lynnwood, Ca. where Paris Hilton is carrying out her jail sentence. The facility's perimeters are under tight security with police patrol cars and no parking enforcement following the intake of it's most famous resident yet. There are media crews staked out in front of the jail and signs have been posted warning that no cell phones or cameras are permitted inside in case sneaky people try and get a shot of her behind bars. Some folks are coming out in support of Paris and one person went to the lengths of letting the world know by hanging a "Save Paris" sign near her building. 1 day down 22 more to go!

Paris Hilton turned herself in to the L.A. County Sheriff on Sunday night following her last public appearance at the MTV Movie Awards. She left her parents' house in the dark accompanied by her mother Kathy, sister Nicky and her high-powered lawyer Richard Hutton and was driven to the Men's Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles, where she officially surrendered. Hilton was then driven to the jail in Lynwood where she is now serving her sentence. Her lawyer released the following statement: "I am ready to face the consequences of violating probation. During the past few weeks, I have had a lot of time to think and have come to realize I made some mistakes. This is an important point in my life and I need to take responsibility for my actions. In the future, I plan on taking more of an active role in the decisions I make. I want to thank my family, friends and fans for their continued support. Although I am scared, I am ready to begin my jail sentence."

Sheen enjoyed goofing it up with the boys who were all wearing the designer sportswear from Speert's collection. Speert is the mother of Charlie Sheen's daughter Cassandra. Martin and Paula are still very close and Martin has taken a keen interest in the clothing line.
