Lindsay Lohan was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after her convertible Mercedes SL-65 struck a curb on Sunset Blvd. Investigators reportedly found what they believe is cocaine in the actress' car which crashed around 5:30 am on Saturday morning. It also appears Lohan was speeding. Officers at the scene are said to have found a "usable amount" of a drug. Lohan was driven in another car to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries and the two passengers travelling with Lohan are said to be unhurt. Officers received an emergency call about the accident and arrested Lohan at the hospital for investigation of misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Posh got in trouble with a California cop today when she was caught driving on a British licence during the taping of a segment for her reality show. Even her best assets couldn't get her out of a ticket when she was pulled over in her SUV. She had to make a trip to the DMV in Santa Monica where she took a written test and had an eye exam to get her American licence. Wonder how her licence photo turned out.........she could always borrow one of ours!

Looks like Mr Stapp has been a naughty boy again. The Former Creed frontman was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony. The charge has now been reduced to a misdemeanor. No one was injured, Palm Beach County sheriff's officials said. Judge Cory J. Ciklin reduced the charge "because the allegation is that Stapp threw a bottle of Orangina at his wife, at her head, and missed and the bottle broke," sheriff's spokesman Paul Miller said. His wife of just over one year (they married in Feb 06), Jaclyn Nesheiwat, is a former Miss New York. Stapp was released on supervised release. He would be subject to random drug and alcohol testing, Miller said. Stapp has had a history of problems with alcohol and violence. The day after his wedding an intoxicated Stapp was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport where he was taken into custody for being under the influence. Stapp also starred in a sex tape that surfaced last year with Kid Rock. Oh so it's alright then because the bottle didn't actually hit her! Wonder how long this marriage will last!

The Pint Sized singer from London (who is currently supporting Gwen Stefani on her North American Tour) performed live at Studio b in NY, but only 15 mins into her set she told the audience she was depressed and started crying at the DJ's desk. Within seconds she apologized to the audience as she stormed off stage to her tour bus forcing the venue to cancel the rest of the show and close early. Be careful for what you wish for.....

Kathy Sullivan, a waitress who took the stand, compared the sight of Phil Spector dressed in plaid and carrying a huge shotgun to the cartoon character Elmer Fudd.
Spector, accused of murdering actress Lana Clarkson in the foyer of his mansion, rose to fame in the '60s and '70s changing rock music with what became known as the "Wall of Sound" recording technique.

Saving Private Ryan and Black Hawk Down star Tom Sizemore has been arrested again. This time on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine. Sizemore, 45, was free on bail pending an appeal in his prior conviction when he was arrested outside the Four Points Sheraton Hotel in Bakersfield, Calif., about 110 miles northeast of LA. Sizemore was convicted in 2003 of domestic violence involving his ex-girlfriend, former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss.

Sean Stewart suprisingly has not been in hiding following reports that he attacked a couple when he and his girlfriend were taunted for not being let into a party in LA last month. He may go to ground now that the above lawsuit has been filed though. The complaints against him include assault, battery and the intentional infliction of emotional distress. The couple, Tolabus and Ericka Stein filed the complaint on May 7th. The lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court states that the couple underwent "shock, horror, fright, worry, grief, shame, embarrassment, anger, chagrin and nausea". It is reported that Ericka Stein had to be treated at a hospital for her injuries.

Paris lunches at Prego in Beverly Hills the day after being sentenced to 45 days in jail following a probation revocation hearing. It is reported that Paris will start her sentence on June 5th at the Century Regional Detention Facility, the same jail that Michelle Rodriguez went to. The same sculptor who brought us Britney having a baby has created a Paris Hilton naked "corpse" as an interactive Public Service Announcement to warn teenagers of the hazards of underage drinking. The display, a life-size clay sculpture of an autopsied Ms. Hilton, cell phone remaining in firm grip, has removable innards and also features Tinkerbell, Hilton's forlorn pet Chihuahua with matching tiara. The scuplture was created by artist Daniel Edwards and the 'unglamorous' display which includes support material from anti-drunk driving organizations counters "the disturbingly glamorized trend of Hollywood's 'girls gone wild'," according to gallery director, David Kesting. One of our photographers reports that a group of photographers helped spoil a robbery of a gas station on the Sunset Strip. A fight with the clerk and a broom-weilding assistant began with the suspect while the paparazzi were getting coffee inside the store. The paparazzis took down the suspect and then the getaway female driver ran inside the store pointing a gun at the photographers while requesting to let the suspect go. They let him go and the police then followed on a helicopter chase. No one was hurt.
