After month's of speculation DNA results finally prove that Anna Nicole Smith's former boyfriend Larry Birkhead, is in fact the father of her baby Dannielynn. Birkhead jubilantly announced the DNA results after the closed hearing in Nassau and joyously said ''My baby's going to be coming home pretty soon.''
Howard Stern, Smith's lawyer-turned-companion, who also believed he was the father and also sought for custody of Danielynn has been caring for her since Smith's sudden death due to an accidental overdose in Florida, said he would not fight for custody. ''I'm obviously very disappointed but my feelings toward Dannielynn have not changed'' Stern said.
