Something in the air must be pissing off female rappers in South Florida.  First Foxy and now Kelis.  The former was arrested and charged with trying to disrupt an undercover police operation by screaming racial profanities (maybe she was just rapping?) and rushing toward two female officers posing as prostitutes (ok, that's not cool). Kelis Rogers-Jones, 27, was detained at 4:30 a.m. on Friday and charged with two misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest without violence, a Miami Beach police arrest report said. Rogers-Jones was released on $1,500 bond hours later.
