Congratulations to the new mommy and daddy. Tori Spelling and hubby Dean Mcdermott welcomed thier son  Liam Aaron McDermott into the world on Sunday. He weighs 6-pounds 6-ounces. The couple said "Words can't express how happy we are to finally meet our little man!"
