Mind your own business......... that was pretty much the response to repeated questions about when Nicolette Sheridan's wedding day is going to be. She joked with photographers during a two hour shopping spree in LA today saying, "Now why would I tell you?" when photogs begged for a date. One eager snapper even asked for the location, her cheeky reply? "Hopefully far enough away so you can't afford the flight". Now, is it me or is she trying to tells up paparazzi that we're not invited?

Turns out Tom Cruise had a restraining order against Emily Leatherman who we snapped yesterday being arrested outside the star's home. "Leatherman just showed up, and Tom Cruise's security called the police," Sgt. Foxen said. "Cruise had a standing restraining order against her." "We determined that she is a transient without a residence," Sgt. Foxen added. "She was cooperative, and is currently in jail at the Beverly Hills station."

The Hollywood Hills were ablaze today and the famous Hollywood Sign in danger along with celebrity homes and film studios. The fire, now under control, was reportedly started by two teenagers from Illinois staying at the Oakwood Apartments, home to the nearly famous. The youths who are currently being held in custody walked into a Burbank police station around 3 p.m. and were turned over to Los Angeles police. The air was filled with a thick orange smoke that spread as far as downtown LA and five helicoptors helped fight the fire from the air. Deputy Police Chief Michael R. Hillmann refused to say what the youths admitted to, but characterized it as "an irresponsible act."

Jeremy Piven reckons he's a nice Jewish boy, or at least that's what his t-shirt says. Maybe his girlfriend will take him home to mamma! Piven went to the Newsroom cafe in LA solo but left an hour later with a brunette who we think is America's Next Top Model 7 runner-up Melrose Bickerstaff. Piven was seen smooching Melrose at the Golden Globes after parties and while there was no smooching today it looks like the pair were trying to go incognito.

There was an arrest outisde Tom Cruise's Beverly Hills home yesterday but we didn't want to bring you our exclusive photos until we knew more. It is now being reported that the young woman in handcuffs, beside Tom's white gate, is Emily Diane Leatherman who last year was ordered to stay at least 500 feet away from John Cusak by a judge. The 32-year-old transient  is currently being held at a Beverly Hills jail on $45,000 bail and our sources say she was arrested in front of the TomKat's home for receiving known stolen property and for violating a court order, although it is unclear which court order was violated. Last year, Cusak claimed that Leatherman showed "an unusual interest by stalking, throwing a long letter of interest over my fence in bags with rocks and screwdrivers inside." Leatherman insisted that she was only trying to contact famous people to have them tell her tale of being sexually assaulted and harassed. While the above photos were being taken, Leatherman waited just feet from the entrance to Tom and Katie's pad in handcuffs as one of the police officers at the scene appeared to be leafing through a number of pages in some type of book or folder.

A Saturday afternoon row turned into an arrest for Velvet Revolver's frontman Scott Weiland's wife Mary after they returned home from a nearby luxury hotel and she set fire to his $10,000 wardrobe in the front yard of their Toluca Lake property.

Police were called earlier in the day to the Graciela Burbank Hotel after the couple got into an argument that left two rooms vandalized, Police Sgt. Mathew Ferguson said.

Wifey wifey was booked for investigation of felony arson vandalism after police officers responded to a call Saturday night that a female was burning clothes which they found in a trash can still smoldering.  The couple's children, ages 4 and 6, were placed in the custody of family friends.

Weiland's life is never dull that's for sure!

The Broward County Medical Examiner's office publicly announced Anna Nicole Smith's autopsy results.  Her death was due to an accidental overdose of drugs, none of them illegal.  Anna Nicole was reportedly taking nine different meds, ranging from Methadone to anti-anxiety prescriptions.  Not shocking news, but it does make makes her passing all the sadder -- she must've been in a confused, painful state, both physically and emotionally.  Hopefully, Dannielynne's paternity and custody situation will be resolved soon so everyone can be at peace!

Actor Keanu Reeves was behind the wheel of his Porsche that reportedly struck a photographer in LA on Monday night.  The photographer fell to the ground and paramedics were called after Reeves' car allegedly struck the man, said Deputy Ed Hernandez of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.  The photographer, whose name wasn't released, was taken to a local hospital and treated for unknown injuries.   Reeves, 42, was not injured. It wasn't known how fast the Porsche was traveling at the time.

She came out of the office with her hand in her pocket and then later kept her sleave pulled down over her hand. This tactic has been used by other celebrities bfore; Paris Hilton when she got engaged to Paris Latsis kept her hand covered in this way for days before showing it off at a red carpet event! Not sure what treatement Simpson actually had today but it all sounds a bit scary! She went to a place that is owned by the first blind man ever licensed in the art of acupuncture, ouch!!!
