Latin Pop Sensation Ricky Martin is on the move again.  He is selling his waterfront mansion in Miami Beach for $16.9 million after buying it in May 2005 for $10 million.  He purchased the 7 bed, 9 bathroom Mediterranean style mansion after selling his other mansion one block away in May 2005 for $10.6 million. Reports were that he sold it because it was haunted hence moving only one block away into his new home.  His neighbours on the very exclusive bay front road included Robin & Barry Gibb, Matt Damon & Shakira.  Jennifer Lopez also owned a home up the road but has since sold.  Perhaps Martin is looking for something much bigger if reports are correct that he intends to adopt children from underprivileged nations and raise them in his home.
