Following an emotional day in court the decision has finally been made that Anna Nicole Smith will be reuniuted with her beloved son Daniel. Anna will be buried alongside Daniel in the Bahamas after a tearful judge left the decision up to the court appointed attorney for the Anna's baby daughter and next of kin, Dannielynn. Richard Milstein announced his plans Thursday shortly after the judge gave him control of Smith's final resting place. It is uncertain when the burial will occur but hopefully it will be soon as Anna Nicole's body is reportedly deteriorating faster than usual and so the tortured star can finally rest in peace.
