Paris is making headlines again for being on the wrong side of the law. The actress got stopped at 11pm Tuesday night for driving without her headlights switched on in her pale blue $190,000 Bentley. When the cops checked her license they discovered it had been suspended. The luxury car she reportedly bought herself for Christmas has been impounded and could be held for up to 30 days and if the judge revokes her probation she could face up to 90 days in jail, a lengthier probation sentence, fines or additional community service obligations. Her spokesman, Elliot Mintz, said his client was not aware her driving privileges had been curtailed. Paris was photographed today in West Hollywood and is also pictured here on Saturday at a pre-Oscars party where she was driving the Bentley. Today she was picked up by an assistant in her range rover.... I guess she got the message this time.

Looks like Bobby Brown just can't stay out of jail.  He was arrested for the second time in a year on Sunday night at his daughter's cheeleading competition in Canton, Massachusetts on a warrant for failing to appear at an October child support hearing.

In October Boston native Brown paid $11,000 in deliquent child support to Kim Ward the mother of two of his children.  He was threatened with arrest if he stepped back into Massachusetts.  It's not known if he still owes child support.

Latin Pop Sensation Ricky Martin is on the move again.  He is selling his waterfront mansion in Miami Beach for $16.9 million after buying it in May 2005 for $10 million.  He purchased the 7 bed, 9 bathroom Mediterranean style mansion after selling his other mansion one block away in May 2005 for $10.6 million. Reports were that he sold it because it was haunted hence moving only one block away into his new home.  His neighbours on the very exclusive bay front road included Robin & Barry Gibb, Matt Damon & Shakira.  Jennifer Lopez also owned a home up the road but has since sold.  Perhaps Martin is looking for something much bigger if reports are correct that he intends to adopt children from underprivileged nations and raise them in his home.

Of course one must always have room for staff.  Geez,  the guest cottage alone is about twice the size of my house! People Magazine are reporting that the new season of American Idol will have more star power than ever.   Jennifer Lopez, Gwen Stefani, Tony Bennett, Diana Ross and Jon Bon Jovi are among nine musical stars who will all guest on the Fox hit tv show.  Former "Idol" winner Carrie Underwood and former finalist Kellie Pickler will also perform on the show this season.

Following an emotional day in court the decision has finally been made that Anna Nicole Smith will be reuniuted with her beloved son Daniel. Anna will be buried alongside Daniel in the Bahamas after a tearful judge left the decision up to the court appointed attorney for the Anna's baby daughter and next of kin, Dannielynn. Richard Milstein announced his plans Thursday shortly after the judge gave him control of Smith's final resting place. It is uncertain when the burial will occur but hopefully it will be soon as Anna Nicole's body is reportedly deteriorating faster than usual and so the tortured star can finally rest in peace.

Kevin Federline was a no show at the down town LA Superior Court today and depending on who you believe, the appearance was either  never scheduled or late night talks between the Spears and Federline camps nixed the hearing. It was reported yesterday that Federline had asked for an emergency hearing at the Family Law court relating to his custody battle with estranged wife Britney but the court's Press Information Officer, Allan Parachini, told reporters "how can it be a cancelled when there was no hearing scheduled in the first place?" . The Associated Press received the following statement from Federline's lawyer "There was no official court date scheduled today and there is no future court date scheduled," Mark Vincent Kaplan  said in a statement issued by his publicist, Michael Sands. "Kevin continues to be a very focused father with his children with hands-on management," the statement continued. So where's Britney? According to her manager, Larry Rudolph, back at rehab at the Promises Malibu drug and alcohol rehabilitation center. And the kids...... a custody arrangment has been met and the couple's two tots will divide thier time between Federline and Britney's mum Lynne while the popstar is in rehab for between 30-45 days.

While Britney Spears checks in and out of rehab, Fedex has been a busy boy. Kevin Federline and his lawyer are scheduled to appear at an LA courthouse early Thursday for an emergency hearing in the family law court, Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini told The Associated Press. "Our best information is he will be here; she won't," said Parachini. "But anything is possible. It is not yet clear exactly what Federline intends to ask the court but Parachini said Federline's lawyer would try to persuade a Superior Court commissioner that the matter is urgent enough to be handled on an expedited basis. Think we might have an idea what Fedex is going to ask for!

Reports are saying that OJ will legally have to give up his hard-earned cash to Ron Goldman's family.  On February 20, a judge determined that income from OJ's past work in movies, tv and commercials go directly to the murder victim's family.  OJ will, however, be able to keep any future dough he pockets. Although he was acquitted of murdering ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Goldman, OJ wasn't so lucky in civil court.  A wrongful death lawsuit ordered him to pay millions that he hasn't ever been able to fork up.  Simpson lawyers say that OJ makes next to nothing from his royalties.  The Goldman team, however, doesn't want to give up any chances.

Way to go, Scarlett!  The actress won a prize but is giving it to those in greater need.  She'll be donating the one-year lease she won at Flamingo South Beach condominium to Miami Children's Hospital.  The gift will benefit out-of-town patients and their families.  Originally, the prize consisted of a three-bedroom unit, but to accomodate more families, there will be three one-bedroom units available. The prize was part of a Superbowl promotion held by Flamingo South Beach and Fortune International.

Birds of a feather crash together ... sort of.  Mischa Barton reportedly had a minor accident while driving Nicole Richie's car.  The actress had just dropped off Richie at a tanning salon before bumping into another  vehicle.  Mischa has apparently been under some emotional stress since her sister was admitted to rehab. Chin up, Mischa!  We do wish your sister a healthy recovery. As for Richie, it seems like her vehicle and she might be experiencing bad karma.  She was charged with DUI on Friday after a December 11 arrest for driving against traffic in a California highway.
