Paris is making headlines again for being on the wrong side of the law. The actress got stopped at 11pm Tuesday night for driving without her headlights switched on in her pale blue $190,000 Bentley. When the cops checked her license they discovered it had been suspended. The luxury car she reportedly bought herself for Christmas has been impounded and could be held for up to 30 days and if the judge revokes her probation she could face up to 90 days in jail, a lengthier probation sentence, fines or additional community service obligations. Her spokesman, Elliot Mintz, said his client was not aware her driving privileges had been curtailed. Paris was photographed today in West Hollywood and is also pictured here on Saturday at a pre-Oscars party where she was driving the Bentley. Today she was picked up by an assistant in her range rover.... I guess she got the message this time.

Looks like Bobby Brown just can't stay out of jail.  He was arrested for the second time in a year on Sunday night at his daughter's cheeleading competition in Canton, Massachusetts on a warrant for failing to appear at an October child support hearing.

In October Boston native Brown paid $11,000 in deliquent child support to Kim Ward the mother of two of his children.  He was threatened with arrest if he stepped back into Massachusetts.  It's not known if he still owes child support.

Latin Pop Sensation Ricky Martin is on the move again.  He is selling his waterfront mansion in Miami Beach for $16.9 million after buying it in May 2005 for $10 million.  He purchased the 7 bed, 9 bathroom Mediterranean style mansion after selling his other mansion one block away in May 2005 for $10.6 million. Reports were that he sold it because it was haunted hence moving only one block away into his new home.  His neighbours on the very exclusive bay front road included Robin & Barry Gibb, Matt Damon & Shakira.  Jennifer Lopez also owned a home up the road but has since sold.  Perhaps Martin is looking for something much bigger if reports are correct that he intends to adopt children from underprivileged nations and raise them in his home.

Following an emotional day in court the decision has finally been made that Anna Nicole Smith will be reuniuted with her beloved son Daniel. Anna will be buried alongside Daniel in the Bahamas after a tearful judge left the decision up to the court appointed attorney for the Anna's baby daughter and next of kin, Dannielynn. Richard Milstein announced his plans Thursday shortly after the judge gave him control of Smith's final resting place. It is uncertain when the burial will occur but hopefully it will be soon as Anna Nicole's body is reportedly deteriorating faster than usual and so the tortured star can finally rest in peace.

Kevin Federline was a no show at the down town LA Superior Court today and depending on who you believe, the appearance was either  never scheduled or late night talks between the Spears and Federline camps nixed the hearing. It was reported yesterday that Federline had asked for an emergency hearing at the Family Law court relating to his custody battle with estranged wife Britney but the court's Press Information Officer, Allan Parachini, told reporters "how can it be a cancelled when there was no hearing scheduled in the first place?" . The Associated Press received the following statement from Federline's lawyer "There was no official court date scheduled today and there is no future court date scheduled," Mark Vincent Kaplan  said in a statement issued by his publicist, Michael Sands. "Kevin continues to be a very focused father with his children with hands-on management," the statement continued. So where's Britney? According to her manager, Larry Rudolph, back at rehab at the Promises Malibu drug and alcohol rehabilitation center. And the kids...... a custody arrangment has been met and the couple's two tots will divide thier time between Federline and Britney's mum Lynne while the popstar is in rehab for between 30-45 days.

Kevin Federline and his lawyer are scheduled to appear at an LA courthouse early Thursday for an emergency hearing in the family law court, Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini told The Associated Press. "Our best information is he will be here; she won't," said Parachini. "But anything is possible. It is not yet clear exactly what Federline intends to ask the court but Parachini said Federline's lawyer would try to persuade a Superior Court commissioner that the matter is urgent enough to be handled on an expedited basis. Reports are saying that OJ will legally have to give up his hard-earned cash to Ron Goldman's family.  On February 20, a judge determined that income from OJ's past work in movies, tv and commercials go directly to the murder victim's family.  OJ will, however, be able to keep any future dough he pockets. Although he was acquitted of murdering ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Goldman, OJ wasn't so lucky in civil court.  A wrongful death lawsuit ordered him to pay millions that he hasn't ever been able to fork up.  Simpson lawyers say that OJ makes next to nothing from his royalties.  The Goldman team, however, doesn't want to give up any chances.

GoodFellas actor Ray Liotta has been arrested in Los Angeles on suspicion of driving under the influence, Mike Lopez, spokesman of the LAPD said on Sunday.

Liotta, was detained after his Cadillac escalade SUV rammed into two parked cars near his home in the upscale coastal suburb of Pacific Palisades on Saturday evening and was booked on a misdemeanor charge and left after he posted $15,000 bail. He is due to appear in court on charges next month.

What would you do if you were bored and Britney Spears on a Friday night? Shave of all your hair and get a tattoo? Well, that's what the real Brit did, even though the owner of the San Fernando Valley salon begged her to reconsider. Spears reportedly grabbed an electric clipper and shaved her own head.

"I tried to talk her out of it. I said, 'Are you sure you're not having a bad day and tomorrow you'll feel differently about it? Why don't we wait a little bit?'" salon owner Esther Tognozzi said in an interview.
"She said 'No, I absolutely want it shaved off now.' Next thing I know, she grabbed the buzzer and she went to the back of my salon and she was shaving off her own hair," Tognozzi said.

Spears then made an appearance at tattoo parlor Body and Soul in Sherman Oaks where she had a pair of red and pink lips inked on her wrist.

It has been reported that Britney checked into rehab at Eric Clapton's Crossroads center in Antigua, in the Caribbean but checked herself back out a day later. The new hairdo and tattoo came the following day on her return to her Malibu home.

DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT:
On 02/15/07 at approximately 9:13 pm, officers of the Pembroke Pines Police Department responded to the listed store in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim who is the owner of Queen’s Beauty Supply. Ghoneim said that Marchand was using beauty products that were just purchased in the restroom of the store. Ghoneim asked her to leave as the store was closed. Marchand refused to leave and insulted the victim. She then threw hair glue at Ghoneim. While he called 911 for police assistance, Marchand spat on him hitting the belly area of his shirt.
Officers then made contact with Marchand who was still in the same shopping plaza a few stores away from Queen’s Beauty Supply.
As Marchand was being escorted by one of the police officers, she swatted the police officer’s hand away. Marchand then started to swing her arms and pull away from the officers on scene. After a brief struggle, Marchand was finally taken into custody.

There were no injuries to any of the involved parties.

Marchand was charged accordingly and transported to the Broward  County Jail.

Hollywood Brat Nicole Richie was charged today with misdemeanor driving
under the influence, two months after she was arrested for driving on the wrong side of an LA freeway on Dec  11th 2006.  According to the Los Angeles County district attorney's office Richie has  a prior misdemeanor DUI conviction dated back to June 2003.

The California vehicle code states that if convicted of DUI twice within
10 years, a person can be sentenced to between 90 days and a year in jail,
fined between $390 and $1,000 and have driving privileges suspended.

Arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 21 in Glendale Superior Court (an LA suburb).
Richie is not required to appear because it is a misdemeanor case. Her attorney
Howard L. Weitzman said in a statement "Nicole will deal with these charges in the appropriate forum."

While life for Anna Nicole was not easy these past few months, she held dear her husband, Howard K. Stern, her daughter, Dannielynn Hope, her most cherished friends, beloved dogs, and finally, her work with TRIMSPA. Anna knew both the joy of giving life, and the heartache of losing a child. We pray that she is granted the peace that eluded her more recent days on earth, and that she find comfort in the presence of her son, Daniel.

Tragic model and Trim Spa spokeswoman Anna Nicole Smith has died today at age 39 in Florida, according to her attorney Ron Rale. Desperate attempts were made to save her life but CPR and emergency incubation failed, she passed away at Memorial Regional Hospital. Smith collapsed at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida and was found unresponsive in her hotel room. She was taken to hospital at 2pm and died around 3:45 PM EST. Anna Nicole spiralled out of control following the premature death of her son Daniel, aged 20, on September 10th 2006. She is survived by daughter Dannielynn Hope.

Paris' BFF Kim Kardashian now has her own sex tape and Vivid Entertainment are set to release the dvd which was made by Kim's ex-boyfriend Ray J (Brandy's brother). We hear that the tape is explicit and raunchy and Vivid exes say that people will get their money's worth. The DVD will be titled "Kim Kardashian Superstar" and should be in stores by February 28th. It will also be available online on the same day at www.vivid.com or www.kimksuperstar.com and will include additional footage not on the DVD. Kardashian told reporters she was blindsided by the sale of the tape. Vivid co-chairman Steven Hirsch said the company obtained the video from a third party but did not identify the person or entity. "We are comfortable that we have the legal right to distribute this video, despite what others may say," says Mr. Hirsch.

Drew flew into Los Angeles tonight after telling London reporters that she was going to fly solo on the year's biggest couples day. Ryan O'Neal was arrested in the early hours of Saturday morning at his Malibu home for allegedly assaulting his son Griffin. Ryan was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and negligent discharge of a firearm and released on $50,000 bond after police and paramedics were called to the scene. No information has been provided by police on what caused the dispute. Before he was famous, Ryan once served two months in jail for a fist fight.

Mickey Rourke leads a rally outside Hot Dog Puppies in South Beach, Fl. The actor was protesting the pet store whom he alleges are selling sick puppies. Rourke reportedly bought a puppy for his friend John "JP" Parlavecchio from the store at Christmas, unfortunately, "Chich" soon fell ill just a few days after Parlavecchio received him. The dog had come down with a common airborne virus that puppies sometimes get called Parvo, which eventually led to the dog's death. 2/1/07
