Is Paris covering her sex and drug shame with a lawsuit. Hotel Heiress Paris Hilton filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Federal Court yesterday against the web site ParisExposed.com that is charging a $39.97 membership fee to display her scandalous diaries, sex videos, photographs, medical records and audiotapes in what her lawyers are calling "one of the most reprehensible invasions of privacy ever committed".

Hilton's scandalous treasure chest was reportedly acquired after she failed to pay the $208 fee on her Los Angeles storage locker in 2005 where she stored her belonging whilst inbetween homes (she says the moving company neglected to pay the bill). Her belongings were then auctioned off and the contents were sold for $2,775 to defendants Nabil and Nabila Haniss. They, in turn, sold Hilton's belongings to Bardia Persa for $10 million, who displayed them on ParisExposed.com.

My personal favorite is the guy covered in white powder....do you think they're going to bake a cake on his chest??
