Is Paris covering her sex and drug shame with a lawsuit. Hotel Heiress Paris Hilton filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Federal Court yesterday against the web site ParisExposed.com that is charging a $39.97 membership fee to display her scandalous diaries, sex videos, photographs, medical records and audiotapes in what her lawyers are calling "one of the most reprehensible invasions of privacy ever committed".
Hilton's scandalous treasure chest was reportedly acquired after she failed to pay the $208 fee on her Los Angeles storage locker in 2005 where she stored her belonging whilst inbetween homes (she says the moving company neglected to pay the bill). Her belongings were then auctioned off and the contents were sold for $2,775 to defendants Nabil and Nabila Haniss. They, in turn, sold Hilton's belongings to Bardia Persa for $10 million, who displayed them on ParisExposed.com.

The California Highway Patrol has recommended that actress-singer Brandy be charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter following a freeway crash that killed 38 year old female motorist, Awatef Aboudihaj, in December 2006.
The charge carries a maximum sentence of one year in county jail and a $1,000 fine. Brandy was driving a Land Rover on Interstate 405 on Dec. 30 when traffic slowed and her vehicle struck the back of Honda driven by Aboudihaj according to a CHP report. Aboudihaj's car hit another vehicle, slid sideways into the center divider and was then hit by another car, the report said. Aboudihaj, a Los Angeles waitress, died at a hospital from blunt-force injuries, according to the coroner's office. The California Highway Patrol alleges in a report that Brandy caused the accident by breaking a law against driving at a speed "greater than is reasonable or prudent" or that "endangers the safety of persons or property," according to a part of the report obtained by the AP.
Earlier this month, Brandy's publicist, Courtney Barnes issued a statement saying Brandy "wishes to publicly express her condolences to the family of the deceased."

The four bedroom, five bathroom home has an ocean view, a swimming pool, fireplace, den and hardwood floors. The realtor for the property describes it as a "Once in a lifetime opportunity to acquire a world class architectural estate". George Clooney has denied that he is secretly dating Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson.
The pair were reportedly seen at a Sherman Oaks, CA restaurant together earlier this month.
In a statement made through his publicist, Clooney said, "I

Heart throb actor Johnny Depp joined his old band 'The Kids' on stage in Pompano Beach, Florida for a Sheila Witkin memorial concert. She was the mother of his best friend and fellow guitarist Bruce Witkin and was responsible for the South Florida music scene in the 1970's and 80's. The foursome played some of their own tunes and also some covers including U2's I 'Will Follow' and The Jackson Fives 'I Want You Back'.
A good band, and Depp showed himself to be a well competent guitarist who executed his parts flawlessly.

Our thoughts are with Angelina Jolie and her family at this time following the death of her mother Marcheline Bertrand at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Bertrand lost her battle against cancer on Saturday afternoon and Jolie, her older brother, James Haven, and Brad Pitt, were at the hospital, according to the news release. In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made to the Women's Cancer Research Institute at Cedars-Sinai.

According to reports America's Sweetheart Jennifer Aniston recently visited Plastic Surgeon to the stars Dr Raj Kanodia's Beverly Hills office (both Ashlee Simpson & Cameron Diaz have also seeked the expertise of Kanodia to refine their schnozzles too) to have some work done to refine her nose. She was seen leaving after four hours with various facial bruises. It's my party and I can drive if I want to! Justice was meted out to Paris Hilton for her September DUI arrest. The heiress was ordered to pay the average cost of a Kobe Beef Salad ($1500) in fines and sentenced to 36 months probation. Although she never appeared before a judge, Paris managed to receive a celebrity-special slap on the wrist with a reduction to her initial DUI charge. The judge, however, did order Paris to attend a 12 Step program and offered a probation reduction deal if she competes 40 hours of community service. That's service, Paris ... not shopping!
